My name is Rebecca Dench and I am qualified in Reflexology (GJC Dip Reflex /MAR) and Indian Head Massage (Carlton Institute Diploma). I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
I have spent many years working in the fitness industry and worked as a support worker with various different groups of vulnerable people all over the world and this has enabled me to gain invaluable insight into the impact stress and strain can have on the body and mind.
I work strictly on the basis that we are all individuals and need treating on this premise.
Opening my own mind to alternative methods of treatment has helped me rehabilitate from serious sports injuries and a car accident, as well as other illness, which makes me keen to share the practice.
I believe we should be thankful for our health and well-being. Unfortunately due to the daily pressure and stresses of life we are often left feeling less energized and healthy than we would like and reach for potions and pills to keep us going, which in fact mask our ill health and adds to the imbalance.
We often leave ourselves the last to be looked after, yet still demand much from our bodies and mind which inevitably leads to many of today's modern diseases, leaving us living and working below our maximum potential.
